Majid Al Futtaim will launch its first shopping mall in Ras Al Khaimah. My City Centre Al Dhait is going to open on Tuesday, 9 January 2018.
The new shopping mall has been built at a cost of 68.5 million AED and will bring 30 top lifestyle brands and dinging options to RAK. Several brands are set to make their debut in Ras Al Khaimah. The launch will be held in the presence of Majid Al Futtaim Properties CEO (Shopping Malls) Ghaith Shocair and other senior government officials.
The opening of My City Centre Al Dhait comes at a time when the Ras Al Khaimah’s population is expected to increase to 603,000 by 2025. The Sheikh Zayed Housing programme is spearheading the development of sustainable communities like Al Dhait. Additionally, Ras Al Khaimah expects to receive around one million visitors by the end 2018 and 2.9 million by 2025.
Amid this tourist boost and population boom in Ras Al Khaimah, the new shopping mall will provide a certain value to customers and contribute to the development of the neighborhood. My City Centre Al Dhait will lead to further retail, dining and leisure options as it continues to expand to meet shoppers needs.
