Middle East's biggest car testing and registration village in RAK

Description

The Ras Al Khaimah government is all set to build Middle East's biggest car testing and registration village on a total area of 50,000 square feet. The integrated one-stop-shop for all vehicle testing and registration needs is expected to handle transactions of 1,000 vehicles daily. The costs for the planned 'Tasjeel' village will stand at 60 million AED. The vehicle testing and registration village will be built in collaboration with the Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) and established on Emirates Road in RAK.

The construction works are planned to start on 1 November 2017 and the mega project shall be finished on 1 January 2019. However, Enoc will soon open a temporary vehicle testing and registration station under the name Al Jazaa Registration at the Eppco petrol station adjacent to the Manar Mall.
