Ras Al Khaimah-based real estate developer, Al Hamra Group, has announced four new major appointments across its finance, hospitality, mall and FM divisions. The announcements come part of the real estate developer’s plans to lead the company in its next phase of growth solidifying its position as the market leader in the Ras Al Khaimah.
Frederic Savoye, President of Hospitality Business, oversees all aspects of Al Hamra Group’s hospitality offering, which currently includes four luxury hotels and resorts: Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah; Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort, Al Hamra Residence and Village and Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach due to open in Q4 2017. Ross Hargrove is the new Manager of Manar Mall which is currently undergoing a 390 million AED expansion, taking the total size of the complex from 304,434sqft to over 600,000sqft.
Paul Healy, Head of Facility Management, has been appointed to lead the operation and strategic direction of the company in the UAE and is responsible for the regional growth of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Facility Management. REMS is the property management and maintenance service company established by AHRED in 2016. Furthermore, Raman Garg, the new Group Chief Financial Officer, leads the company’s finance department and will also fulfills the responsibilities as a member of the Finance Executive Committee (FEC) representing Al Hamra Group.
